AGILENT Technologies has introduced the Agilent 53200 RF and universal frequency counter/timer series, said to be the first frequency counters with LXI Class C compliance.
According to Agilent, the 53200 series is built with standard computing I/O for ease of connectivity and data collection.
The combination of high-speed measurement and built-in analysis is said to provide new functionality previously unavailable in basic frequency counter/timers.
The Agilent 53200 RF and universal frequency counter/timer series offers base bandwidth of 350 MHz with options to extend up to 15 GHz. Resolution performance is up to 12 digits/second continuous-count gap free frequency resolution and 20 pico-second single-shot time interval resolution.
The units come standard with LXI/Ethernet and USB 2.0, allowing quick connections to a PC test system instruments or a network. The 53200 includes internal memory of 1M readings and supports a USB memory stick.
The 53200 series has built-in post measurement analysis, internal reading memory and fast data transfer speeds.
