ELECTROLUBE, which is part of HK Wentworth, will launch a new range of Hakko products at Electronex Australia, which runs from 9 to 10 September at the Melbourne Park Function Centre.
Electronex Australia is the country's only dedicated expo and conference for the electronics industry, where designers, managers, engineers, technicians, manufacturers and system integrators can discuss their specific requirements with industry experts from around the world and see, test and compare the latest products and solutions to help them with their product developments.
Electrolube will be promoting its entire range of cleaning, protection and lubrication products and will unveil two new Hakko product ranges at the show, along with the compact Graco PR70E dispensing machine.
The new Hakko products making their market debut in Australia will include the recently launched FR400 desoldering tool and FX801 high power soldering station.
The FR400 is a heavy-duty desoldering tool with built-in vacuum pump. Quick and secure desoldering is achieved, even on high heat capacity and high heat dissipation printed wiring boards (PWBs), and with minimal solder clogging, thanks to an inbuilt anti-clogging function.
The 'super power' 300W FX801 soldering station is suitable for soldering PWBs with high heat capacity and high heat dissipation properties. The product is compatible with Hakko's N2 System soldering defect minimiser system when used in combination with an N2 iron (FX8003).
The FX801 has the same weight as the iron part of the FX838 150W soldering station, maximising operator comfort for those jobs that require a higher power capacity iron.
The Graco PR70e offers reliable fixed ratio dispensing of medium-to-low viscosity materials for potting, gasketing, sealing, encapsulation and syringe filling, all at an affordable price. This entry-level system is easy to use and is capable of mixing materials in ratios from 1:1 to 12:1 with a proven accuracy of ±1%.
