MINELAB Electronics, part of the Codan group of businesses, is looking to expand its market by releasing a new series of metal detectors at consumer-friendly prices.
The new GO FIND series of metal detectors are said to pack advanced capabilities in a sub-$400 entry level price.
Minelab Electronics has previously had issues with low-cost counterfeit versions of its products. With the release of this new range of metal detectors, the company can cater to entry-level “detectorists”, as well as undercut counterfeiting companies by offering a genuine product with its Minelab’s quality and technology at a lower price point.
Minelab Electronics says the GO-FIND series is a collection of three new metal detector models offering the world’s highest quality detectors priced from $199 to $399. They are collapsible and lightweight and will be available for purchase from mid May 2015.
