SAMSUNG’s new Australian headquarters at Sydney Olympic Park is now completed.
The new headquarters for Samsung Electronics Australia is a five-floor office building spanning more than 13,300 square metres, with parking for 226 vehicles.
The building features a rooftop solar installation, which will generate enough power to contribute 20 percent of the base building’s energy load.
Development was finished ahead of schedule, allowing Samsung to start fitting out the space. This process is expected to be completed by the middle of 2015.
Samsung has a lease over 100 per cent of the building on a seven year term. The building has a 5 Star Green Star design rating, and is targeting a 5 Star Green Star “as built” rating.
