China Hi-Tech Fair kicked off on November 16 at Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, China. This six-day annual event will bring together thousands of the hottest and latest technological innovations, with the emerging VR/AR technologies being the biggest eye catcher.
The year 2016 witnessed a great number of VR products and applications flooding to the market, so CHTF2016 presented a special VR/AR experience area for visitors to have hand-on experience with those innovative gadgets.
Some leading technological companies have brought their latest VR/AR products to the event. For example, a VR Time Machine designed by Wuhan Zhongfeixushi can simulate flying movements with a 360-degree rolling platform to create an authentic flying experience for users.
IDEALENS Technologies brought its second generation of an all-in-one VR device K2 to CHTF2016. Embodied with over 220 patents, this powerful device features a 110-degree wide viewing angle, which guarantees a super real immersive watching experience.
Beijing Shenlinqijing Culture will set up a VR theme park for visitors to participate in a ‘Whole Motion Simulation Game’ that is completely different from the traditional type. When joining games in the VR theme park, players are required to do body actions like lying, jumping, climbing or other motions. Combined with the frontier virtual reality technologies and the simulated environment, immersive experience will be naturally created in games.
