US-based Viridian International Management has announced that it is offering energy products to consumers in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia through a strategic partnership with Click Energy.
Viridian began launching its Australian market earlier this year and announced its strategic business relationship with Click Energy in June. Since its inception, Viridian has acquired more than 3,600 Independent Associates who will now be able to offer Click Energy’s electricity and natural gas products.
Viridian products are claimed to use a low-overhead business model that operates completely online.
Prior to customer launch, Viridian has participated in multiple, Associate-led sustainability events across the continent. Since April, the company has planted more than 4,000 trees and cleared away more than 500 kilos of beach debris in an effort to help the local eco-system.
Since 2011, Viridian has completed a corporate social responsibility project on a different continent each year, including reforestation in the Amazon rainforest and solar power installations on schools, homes and community centres in Ghana, Indonesia, Fiji, Nicaragua and Albania.
