Futek’s IHH500 universal handheld display is a tool compatible with strain gauge sensors. Whether the application involves load cells, torque sensors or pressure sensors, the IHH500 is durable for continual automation applications and precise enough for delicate medical testing.   In addition to its universal sensor compatibility, the IHH500 is fully suited to work with Sensit test and measurement software, allowing users to enjoy features such as data logging and live graphing via a Personal Computer (PC).

The IHH500 has four inputs and four outputs and is designed to fit multiple platforms and various environment setups. Compatible with analogue current, analogue voltage and strain gauge inputs, it works with both strain gauge amplified and non-amplified sensors.

High accuracy is an integral part of data retention and analysis, the IHH500 is said to guarantee an accuracy of 0.001 percent. With an internal resolution of 24 bits, and the processor gathering 4,800 samples per second, the IHH500 provides plenty of measurable data.

The IHH500 has LCD optics to illuminate the screen allowing for the easy readability and legibility of data, which is a necessity on any instrument. It comes with a rechargeable battery and aluminium housing.

Other features of the device include:

  • Up to 20 Bits (±500,000 counts) noise free resolution
  • 5 to 4800 sample per second selectable rate
  • Low non-linearity (±0.001%)
  • Minimum Bridge Resistance: 30 ohm
  • Input range up to ±500mV/V (Strain Gauge)
  • Input range ±12VDC (Amplified Output Sensors)
  • Input range up to 30 mA (Amplified Output Sensors)
  • USB
  • ASCII Stream Output
  • 24V/5V Output
  • Analog Voltage and Current Output
