
Oracle Australia is building a digital sales hub in Sydney to house a new team of over 200 digital sales professionals aimed at helping more midsize organisations transition to the cloud quickly and seamlessly.
The Oracle Digital team says it will deliver a simple, personalised and effective support to customers using the latest tools, techniques and technologies to transform the buying experience.
Armed with resources like “Smart Walls” (to deliver real-time demos to customers anywhere in the world, without leaving the office), “Social Listening Hubs” (to provide the sales team with the most advanced tools to stay ahead of industry and customer trends in real-time) and one-click contracts, the digital sales representatives is designed to respond rapidly to customer requests and market changes.
