element14 will launch the latest development kits from a multitude of manufacturers, Raspberry Pi accessories and EAGLE at CeBIT 2013.
According to element14, it will collaborate with leading suppliers such as Freescale, Tektronix and Raspberry Pi Foundation to present the latest products for applications in commuications, wireless, sensing and industrial automation.
CeBIT 2013 will be held 28 to 30 May in Sydney. element14’s stand will feature the Beaglebone Black, Freescale Freedom Board, Arduino compatible Cookie board, Raspberry Pi and its accessories (including the camera board and Embedded Pi), Tektronix MSO/DSOs, and the latest version 6.4 of PCB software Cadsoft EAGLE.
The newest products from element14’s locally-stocked warehouse are available for immediate despatch for fast delivery throughout Australia and New Zealand.
A particular highlight is the much-anticipated BeagleBone Black development platform, which is lower-cost but boasts higher performance. The platform is based on TI’s Sitara AM3358 processor, features an ARM Cortex–A8 processor running at 1GHz, an onboard HDMI, and delivers double the memory.
Visitors can also get a hands-on experience of Raspberry Pi Model B 512MB and its latest accessories, including the recently-launched 5 megapixel resolution camera board.
In addition, the low cost triple-play Embedded Pi platform bridges the massively popular design worlds of Raspberry Pi, Arduino and 32 bit embedded ARM. It features a STMicroelectronics STM32F103 microcontroller, and users can download CooCox development tools, an ARM development tool environment for Cortex-M MCU.
A broad portfolio from Tektronix is also available from element14, including mixed signal oscilloscopes MSO/DPO3000, arbitrary function generator AFG2021, entry level TBS1000 Digital Storage Oscilloscope, and Keithley 2200 power supplies.
All franchised Tektronix and Keithley products purchased from element14 during May to July 2013, come with a 5-year warranty at no additional cost.
